Panoramix Coaching is designed to assist IT coaches, leads, mentors and any other professional working in a coaching or support role.
It is also the result of years of reflections, observations and findings on the functioning of IT teams. We were looking for a way to help them and make them more efficient, yes, but especially healthier.
The choice to go through business coaches came naturally. Who better than these experts to carry out our joint mission? We then set out to create a platform that reflects their work: flexible, adaptable to different work contexts and growing with experience.
We already realize that these are characteristics that are sought after well beyond the IT field. Perhaps we'll see versions of the platform that cater to these other professionals? Who knows what the future will bring!
